  • Should I book directly on the site?

    Yes, you will get the best rate guaranteed, you will find a greater availability of rooms and exclusive services dedicated to our direct customers.
  • What additional benefits do you reserve for direct customers?

    To our direct customers we reserve, when possible, free room upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, priority in the assignment of parking spaces in the internal car park.
  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept payment in cash within the limits imposed by Italian law, and by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, CartaSi, JCB, AMEX, Bancomat).
  • Is there a minimum age for check-in?

    There is no minimum age required to check-in.
  • Does the hotel offer beach service?

    From 01 May to 30 August the beach service is available for a fee and upon reservation. The hotel offers packages that include beach service in the price. The packages can be booked by searching for availability in the range of dates indicated above.
  • From what time is the room available and by what time must it be vacated on the day of departure?

    Normally check-in is from 14:00 while check-out must be made on the day of departure by 10:00. However, a left-luggage office is available for customers who arrive earlier or intend to leave Venice later.
  • Breakfast is included?

    All our rates include buffet breakfast. Breakfast is available from 07:00 to 10:00 in the morning. For more information, please consult the Breakfast section of the Restaurant menu.

  • Does the hotel have a bar?

    The Bar service is guaranteed during the winter months in our lounge on the ground floor and in the months from May to October also in the garden overlooking the Venice lagoon. For more information, visit the Bar section of the Restaurant menu

  • Does the hotel have a restaurant?

    Hotel Villa Mabapa has an internal Restaurant with a La Carte Menu open from May to October. In the summer months it is possible to taste the dishes in the garden restaurant overlooking the Venice Lagoon, while in the winter two internal rooms are available.

  • Does the hotel have rooms accessible to people with disabilities?

    The hotel has lifts and ramps that allow access to the equipped rooms and all the common areas. There are also some rooms available for those who require the use of a wheelchair. However, we invite you to request the availability of this type of room at the time of booking.
  • Does the hotel have a concierge service?

    The Concierge service is available to help you plan and make your stay more comfortable: general information, reservations for museums, restaurants, theatres, baby sitting and many other services can be organized upon customer request.
  • Do the rooms have a safe?

    All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe protected by a numerical code.
  • Does the hotel have a laundry service?

    Laundry and dry cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Garments delivered before 09:30 are returned after 20:00 on the same day. A 4-hour express service is also possible, with collection until 09:30. The ironing service is available every day from 09:00 to 20:00.
  • Does the hotel have an Internet connection?

    The Hotel has a fiber internet connection via cable and wi-fi throughout the entire hotel or with cable (provided) inside the rooms. The use of the internet is free.
  • Does the hotel have a parking?

    The hotel has a small free internal car park with limited places that are assigned with priority to customers who have booked the hotel directly through the website. Given the limited number of places, the service is subject to availability. We point out to customers that free public parking is available in front of the hotel. The area is quiet and safe.
  • Can I reach the hotel by car?

    You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel.
  • Is a Baby Sitter service available?

    Babysitting service is available upon request.
  • Are pets allowed?

    Small pets are allowed in the rooms at no extra charge. However, it is forbidden to enter the breakfast room and restaurants. On request it is possible to organize a dog sitter service.
  • Where can I find an adapter?

    All bedrooms have a power strip where most plugs can be inserted. For different needs, the Concierge will help you find a solution.
  • Which is the closest railway station?

    The closest train station is Santa Lucia main station. for more information on how to reach the hotel, please consult the How to reach us.

  • Which is the closest airport?
